Free Adobe PDF tools
From a browser, you can access FREE tools for converting Word, Excel, PPT or JPG files to PDF and for reducing the size of any PDF file.
Missing your office all-in-one printer, copier or scanner? The FREE Adobe Scan mobile app works on your mobile devices. It scans paper documents into PDFs and automatically recognizes text.
When you need to make edits, but don’t have the original file, you can change text and images within a PDF. With Acrobat DC, it’s super easy!
Share and review projects
Make it easy for everyone to review and comment on a single document. Send one email with one link to multiple reviewers and they will all have access to the same PDF.
Get signatures easily
Upload a document that needs to be signed, add the signer’s email address and hit send. With Adobe Sign, that’s all there is to it.
Furthermore, Adobe released additional resources in March to assist workers in our new remote working reality. This includes FREE Adobe resources which offer the ability for anyone to convert and compress PDFs. Compress PDF allows you to reduce the file size of your documents making them easier to share. Through May 31, 2020, you will be able to convert and compress up to 10 files per day using these tools.
